After Playing in Two College Football National Championships at Ohio State, Ben Hung up the Cleats and Looked for the next Challenge.
Ben credits much of his success to time spent under Coach Tressel. It was more than Xs and Os – it was about paying it forward each day. This approach helped Ben discover his passion – solving problems. The financial industry was a great fit. So Ben started off working for two of the largest shops around – Nationwide and Merrill Lynch. He certainly learned a lot, but the corporate culture and bottom-line mentality never set well with this kid from Xenia. He wanted to focus on the most important overlooked problems – taxes, long-term care, and investment costs. He found his home at Golden Reserve.
Ben and his wife Krysta live in Upper Arlington. Krysta was also a college athlete playing for the OSU hockey team. They have two beautiful kids, Ayden & Raegan. And when he isn’t chasing the kids and his crazy dog, Bear, around the neighborhood, Ben is spending times with friends, family and members of his church.
