Christan Carey

Christian loves his community and the sense of belonging it provides for all who call it home. That’s why he’s passionate about getting to know every client he serves, understanding their “why”, and developing a personalized plan that gives them the confidence they deserve.

His interest in financial services started young, with an on-call administrator position for a national investment services firm during his high school and college years. After graduating from Miami University, he entered the firm’s career development program, and later became a financial advisor. Over the tenure of his career, he assumed increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the director of a private wealth advisory practice in Columbus. He joined Golden Reserve in 2025, attracted by a shared mission to better serve retirees.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, as well as Series 7, Series 66, and Ohio Life and Health licenses. He also holds the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor designation. Outside of the office, he enjoys time with family and friends, including his girlfriend Karine, cat Doge (Doh-zhee) and dog Loba.
