As a retirement planner, Corey excels at making complicated topics easy to understand. That’s in no small part because he’s served in each role in the retirement planning process. From client services to paraplanner, advisor assistant to advisor, he has been with his clients in every capacity, every step of the way. His favorite part? Letting clients know they can have the retirement they want and being the person to make it happen.

Corey joined Golden Reserve from an independent family-owned financial planning firm in West Michigan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University, as well as Series 65 and Life, Accident & Health licenses.

When this Ortonville native isn’t helping his clients secure the retirement of their dreams, you can find him pursuing his other passion: videography. But ultimately the thing he enjoys most is time with his family: wife Rachel, son Beckett, daughter Parker, and cats Mac & Cheese.
