If there’s one thing Dustin knows from years in the insurance industry, it’s that people want peace of mind. When it comes to financial planning, the desire is much the same. So, when a career shift led Dustin to contemplate a new mission–– how to give retirees peace of mind in their golden years––he found Golden Reserve’s unique approach to be a compelling answer.

Dustin began selling health insurance for a national company in 2013 and was quickly promoted to management. Over the next 5 years, he led his region to growth; yet ultimately found his passions lie in financial services. In 2021, he joined a Cincinnati financial services firm, where he served as Managing Associate until joining Golden Reserve in 2024. Today, he delivers peace of mind to clients in Dayton and beyond.

Dustin received a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Cedarville University. He is licensed in SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 24, and Life and Health insurance. He and his wife Rachel have two children, Calvin and Sophie. They love traveling, especially internationally, and always to a beach.
