Hillary is a proactive communicator whose attentiveness allows clients to live a carefree retirement. She goes the extra mile– whether spending an extra 5 minutes after a meeting or setting up an extra call– to ensure her clients are well-informed and confident in the path forward.

Hillary joined Golden Reserve in 2021 and was promoted to a Senior Client Services Specialist in 2024. Previously, she was a Personal Banker at Civista Bank and a Patient Care Coordinator for Hearing Life. She holds an Ohio Accident, Health, and Life Insurance License and is a Notary Public.

Hillary is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where she received a BA in Psychology with a focus in Child and Adolescent Behavior and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with family and friends outdoors, planting flowers in the garden, sitting by the fire, or hanging out by the pool.
