Joe Maul

Joe is a seasoned retirement planner with more than 15 years’ experience in the financial planning industry. Over the course of his career, he worked for one of the nation’s largest mutual fund companies and a “Big Four” U.S. bank. That experience showed him the need for more comprehensive retirement planning, with integrated services like tax planning and estate planning. He joined Golden Reserve in 2026 to help provide clients with the best possible lifestyle in retirement.

Joe is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Fisher College of Business. He holds Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 licenses. He loves spending time with his family—wife Kelly, daughter Hailey, sons Cooper and Maddox, and dog Onyx—especially for their weekly movie nights.
