Over the course of her career, she’s cultivated a strong track record for driving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Golden Reserve, Victoria served as a Client Process Manager for a wealth management company, where she was responsible for opening accounts, client requests, timely document handling, and analyzing financial metrics. When she’s not working, she enjoys catching up on television shows and updating her calendar.
