Clayton is an empathetic, detail-oriented planner whose goal is to make retirement planning less intimidating for his clients. His personal motto— “get 1% better every day; small improvements compound over time”- drives his philosophy for helping clients make their dream retirement a reality.

Clayton began his financial career as an intern at a CNBC Top 100 Firm and was promoted to Paraplanner upon graduating from Ohio State. Within a year, he was elevated to Staff Financial Advisor and continued to rise through the ranks, serving on the firm’s insurance subcommittee and leading annual annuity trainings. He joined Golden Reserve in 2024, attracted by the firm’s client-first focus.

Clayton is a native of Fulton County, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer & Family Financial Services with a Minor in General Business. He loves golf, reading, movies, travel and hiking with his wife, Morgan, and golden retriever Logan.
