McKayla prides herself on making sure every client is set up for success and has quickly established herself as a dependable, knowledgeable resource. Her customer-first focus has nurtured long-term relationships and engendered trust throughout her career. Prior to joining Golden Reserve, McKayla was an independent insurance broker, where she achieved top sales rankings and maintained relationships with over 150 clients. In previous roles, she trained and mentored fellow team members and optimized billing processes, all with an eye for enhancing customer service.

McKayla holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas. She also has her Life, Accident, and Health license. Outside of the office, you can find her paddle boarding, swimming, watching sunsets, or spending time with her dogs, an English Bulldog named Rocky and a French Bulldog named Kilo.
